ReidBuilt Homes provides you with the opportunity to choose all of your interior colours and fixtures at one location. Once your home plan has no further structural changes, the Design Centre will call you to schedule your colour chart appointment. Please try to make time available as soon as possible to come into the Design Centre.

The Design Center is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday and will book your appointment during this time.

Appointments may take anywhere from 3-6 hours depending on the size of the home as well as how many items there are for you to choose. Morning appointments are preferred in case the appointment exceeds this time limit and can therefore continue into the afternoon.

Your appointment at the Design Centre will be with a Certified Interior Decorator. He or she will assist you throughout your visit and will record all the selections you make for your home. The Interior Colour Chart is very detailed and needs to be filled out with great care so that no errors are made. Any decorating choices that exceed the specified allowances, such as those for floor coverings, cabinets, light or plumbing fixtures etc. will require additional payment. These amounts will be added on a change order and either added to your mortgage (if time allows) or added to your closing statement. Prompt completion of the colour chart helps prevent delays in the construction of your house.

For the appointment to occur, ensure that you bring your binder to the appointment.
